Anita Harris speaks on authors panel; link to video
I was pleased to join authors Susan Coppack and Rick Wiggin at the Lincoln Library. on May 14, 2014. We’d all published books in the previous year, and spoke primarily on the publishing process. Susan had published Fly Away Home: A Coming of Age Memoir, online using Bookbaby, Rick , whose book Embattled Farmers: Campaigns and Profiles of Revolutionary Soldiers from Lincoln, Massachusetts, 1775-1783 was a publication of the Lincoln Historical Society, had chosen a digital print on demand publisher, and I’d set up Cambridge Common Press and went through Amazon’s CreateSpace and Kindle. Here’s a link to a longer writeup at New Cambridge Observer and another to a video of the entire session (thanks, Jim Cunningham!). The event was sponsored by the Lincoln, MA Library and my writers group there, The Write Stuff. –Anita M. Harris
